what we collect

• Event inquiries: your name, email, phone, event date, guest count and any notes you send.
• Guest feedback: your message, plus your name and email if you choose to share them.
• Reservations: booked through OpenTable, which handles your details under its own privacy policy.
• Site analytics: Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and which pages lead to bookings and inquiries. They use cookies and collect general device and usage information, not your name. When you send an event inquiry, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in an encrypted (hashed) form so we can tell whether our ads led to your inquiry. If you reach us by phone from one of our ads or from this website after clicking an ad, the call may be routed through a Google forwarding number so we can count it. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account settings.

how we use it

We use your details only to answer your inquiry, plan your event, follow up on your feedback and improve our website. We don't sell your information.

who else sees it

Form messages go to the ITH Hospitality team by email. Service providers that run this site (website hosting, spam protection, email delivery, OpenTable, Google reviews display and analytics) process data on our behalf.
